We are not an express delivery site. We aim to ship orders for stocked and UK supplied items within 10 - 14 days of receipt of order. However, many of our lines and sizes are re-ordered upon demand from the US where production is often batched and manual. Consequently, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. We cannot give accurate delivery predictions until items are released from customs and unpacked in our warehouse. Our current delivery charge to the UK is 3.49. This is applied only once to any UK order, no matter how many items it may contain. Items are shipped as they arrive, so mult-item orders may be shipped in more than one parcel. The shipping charge for non-UK orders is calculated according to shipping zone and according to the value of the order.
Returns must be authorised. Unauthorised returns will not normally be processed. We do not do exchanges. Customers who order the wrong size need to return the item for a refund and then re-order the correct size, so please be sure to check our size guide if there is any doubt of the required size, before ordering. We will refund the cost of any items returned (with authorisation) within 14 days. If the reason for return is due to an error on our part then we will provide a full refund. If the reason for return is due to customer error then the refund will be nett of Postage and Packing charge (because this has already been incurred). Returned goods should be sent to the address on the delivery advice. The delivery advice should be included with a note giving the reason for return, so that we know who to refund and why. Returned goods will not be accepted once they have been worn or washed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
